Margaret Bourke-White


June 14, 1904 - August 27, 1971

Noted for being the first foreigner to be allowed to take photos of the Soviet Industry, the first female war photographer, and the first female photographer for Life magazine

In 1953 she developed Parkinson's disease which slowed her career due to paralysis
